The location was great - within walking distance to major sites and museums. Gorgeous hotel with bright, clean rooms and epic views of the duomo. Nespresso machine and Netflix TV in each room. Amazing waterfall shower. Generous a la carte breakfast. Lovely terrace for breakfast. Free aperitif in the evenings. Very nice and attentive staff.

I have had a really comfortable experience, this quiet little, clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and central heating, pay TV and a mini bar fridge in the room. Savoury continental breakfast included. Cathedral view and excellent service. Everything was perfect as always.
